I'm having trouble with a product, how do I begin the RMA Process?

OCZ uses an online ticketing system to ensure our customers are assisted in the order submissions are received. Please create a ticket for product troubleshooting or to set up an RMA by filling in your information to our online form located here: https://support.ocz.com/customer/portal/emails/new
Once your ticket is submitted, you will receive an automated response to the email you provided and a representative will follow up with you shortly. Make sure to check your ‘SPAM’ folder if you do not see the confirmation email from OCZ within 5 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All OCZ warranties are void for products within or destined to Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria or North Korea. OCZ cannot provide technical support or replacements for those products.
