When creating a ticket, we kindly ask you to provide us with as many details as possible about your system and the problems you encounter. Please make sure to include:

Your system model or system motherboard
Your operating system
Your SSD's firmware version (if known),
SSD Utility Support Package for your SSD (if possible).
A description of the issue you are experiencing and any steps you have attempted to resolve it
